Excellent product. I also used an antihistamine daily with the AGR+E and on the latest sun holiday had no flare ups at all. At night, would just use the AGR+E as a lotion. Have used this product for the past 4 years.
The night lotion is such a relief once my hives start. I get overnight relief to "put the fire out" and they don't get a chance to advance to blisters and bumps that itch and take days to heal. This is worth every penny! Ships fast, too.
Good cream. I like to use the daily anti oxidant lotion and the night cream. It seems to help my PMLE syndrome quite well. I noticed my Body is causing PMLE where I never used to get it in areas I don’t use the cream, because I’m using the lotions in the areas normally Affected so it’ll have to be a whole body thing. But that’s shows you that it works!
This saves me when my PMLE flares up. The overnight cream works fast.

This product is the best if you suffer from PMLE, or even just if you get sunburns. I have been using it on sun-exposed skin or areas where I have the PMLE rash and it is sooooo soothing! Really helps then itch and I believe heal the skin. For my kids, it reduces sunburns overnight. I will keep buying this one, it’s worth the price.
I already wrote a review about how amazing the daily cream is! This stuff is fantastic. I now use it year round, not just against PMLE, but it's because it's the best cream I've ever used. Since I started using it 4 people have asked me if I've had work!
This stuff is a miracle in a bottle. I had such a PMLE flare that I was taking antihistamines every couple of hours. My Dr.s did not know what to do. I found this, and within 2 days the flare was gone. Because I had purchased a full bottle I kept using it. Are you ready for this? I had quite a few broken capillaries on my face -- by the time I was halfway through the tube most of them had disappeared. Mind blown. Turns out Rutin (and this stuff is chock full of glycosyrutin) strengthens capillary walls. But still, my derms were blown away. I don't just use this against PMLE now, I use it throughout the winter months. I used to use Augustinus Bader -- you know the crazy expensive "miracle in a bottle" product that everyone in Hollywood swears by? No more, THIS is the miracle in a bottle!

For years I have used Shirudo products for P.M.L.E. They are the only creams that have offered me protection and relief from symptoms. I do not have any before or after photos because it has been so long since I have had a major outbreak. Consequently I have also not had to take prednisone either. Every opportunity I have to share my story and promote Shirido products I do… including my dermatologist who diagnosed me. I have not had to see him for years either. I also avoid direct contact w the sun as well.

Last year I started having a more severe issue with PMLE and began developing the rashes in the Spring. I had previously only had a reaction after extremely strong sun exposure (usually while tanning a lot or on vacation) and I only got it in one spot. Last year it was everywhere and no medical professional could help me apart from topical or oral steroids and antihistamines. This helped a bit but it was awful and I was inside a lot. Near the end of the summer I came across Shirudo and decided it was worth trying as I was happy to try anything at that point. I was AMAZED. Because of how bad my PMLE got, I had a rash for the entire summer and my skin was horribly sensitive however I noticed the healing power of the Shirudo lotion in literally hours. After the overnight cream, I woke up and my rash had reduced significantly without any steroids or medication. This has truly changed my life and I don't know how I would function without it. This year, I worked on getting gradual sun exposure since early spring and I couldn't have done that without my Shirudo lotion that helped both prevent and treat any rashes as I was learning how much sun exposure I can tolerate. I'm happy to say I am developing a tolerance and feel less anxiety about being in the sun. I honestly can't thank this company enough for having these products that allow me to have a somewhat normal summer life again. Thank you and please never go away!!

My daughter has suffered with PMLE her whole life. Beach vacations were a misery for her until I discovered this amazing product. Used as directed and unfortunately, it didn’t work as well as I had hoped. While it didn’t irritate my skin, it also didn’t prevent my PMLE rash. I’m not sure whether this product alone, or possibly the combination of this and Heliocare, may have made the symptoms slightly less severe than usual.
Worked very well and I had no rash when travelling to the tropics. Highly recommend!
Discovering this product has changed how I am able to enjoy mid-winter breaks to sunny destinations. I usually only suffer from sun breakouts when I am suddenly exposed to sunshine/heat (ie if I go to a warm place in the middle of my Canadian winter) and just thought I had to enjoy my beach time totally covered up. While I still take precautions because of skin cancer fears, I no longer need to worry about breaking out into an itchy, prickly, ugly rash! Honestly life changing!

Did nothing to help my PMLE
These two products have completely changed my life when it comes to PMLE. I truly cannot say enough good things about them. I recently spent 10 days in Mexico, and normally I get an itchy sun rash within the first couple of days without fail. This time I had ZERO rash. Not even a hint. I was actually able to lay in the sun and enjoy my trip, which is something I have never been able to do before. I have tried everything for my PMLE over the years including allergy medications and prescription topical creams/oral medications, and nothing has come even remotely close to working as well as the AGR+E Moisturizing Lotion and the AGR+E Intensive Night Lotion. Using them together made all the difference. This was a complete game changer for me. I honestly cannot live without these products now and will always, always, always purchase them before any trip down south or anytime I know I will be spending time in the sun. If you struggle with PMLE and feel like you have run out of options, this is it. Life changing does not even begin to cover it. Highly, highly recommend.
Bought this to use under sunscreen for a recent Caribbean cruise. I have what I believe to be PMLE and the combination of Shirudo and allergy sunscreen worked great. I was able to be in the pools and hot tub all week with no burning! I did end up getting some bumps after the fifth day, but they were not itchy at all. I’ll take that as a win!

It made my skin worse. I had to use a steroid cream to calm my skin down.
I found the AGR cream five years ago and it's been a game changer for when I go away. I struggled with PMLE and it would ruin my vacations. I make sure I apply it and let it soak in then I found the best is to use a spray sunscreen. Couldn't go away without it!
