Absolutely, unbelievable product! I haven’t been able to go out in the sun, uncovered with sun clothes for over 10 years now! After trying to get into a dermatologist to see if there is something I can do to help myself and no appointment available until 2027, I started to research and high and low and I came upon this product! I tested it out at our local beach here in the Midwest for like 20 minutes just a bathing on. OMG I HAD NO HEAT RASH, PRICKLY HEAT, RED ITCHY, BUMPY SKIN NOTHING. It was like I never even went out in the sun! I did this a few more times and then I had to come home and re-order because I think I found my miracle!! I wish I could share pictures, but I really don’t have anything to share because my skin has remained the same from the beginning of the summer when I found this product in June and now it is mid September and I never had a single breakout!!!!

Life changing! In the past 16 years I have never been in the sun without blisters. This year before a sun vacation I found AGR+E products, and using the pre-lotion + sunscreen and the night lotion I can report NO BLISTERS! No itching. No vacation ruined. This is a wonderful product! I Love that I can just apply it, without having to wait for it to dry, to then apply sunscreen on top of it. This saves me so much time…Everyday I just apply it, it dries quickly…& I’m heading out the door 😉
I have used Shirudo for some years now & now that the Sol3 is available, it’s so easy to use. Basically like normal sun cream but in my experience it has stopped my PMLE - I’m still very careful but as long as I don’t sit still for prolonged periods in direct sunlight, it works. I am in the UK so I have to use a shipping company to get the product which makes it quite pricey but it’s worth it for a rash free summer.
I suffered with the dreaded PMLE for years. So itchy and it lasted for weeks before it would clear up. So many vacations ruined. I discovered AGR+E 10 years ago which was a game changer for me but find the SOL+3 so simple to use with its one step application. We spent 3 weeks at the beach in Mexico this winter and I didn’t have one, single itchy bump. Very important to apply every 2 hrs and after every swim just like any other sun protection product. No itchy bumps and no sunburn! I use it on areas of my body that don’t normally break out like my face and ears and find it provides great sunscreen protection on its own. I love SOL+3 and carry it with me all the time.

Started using Shirudo products about 5 years ago and it has been life changing. Suffered with extreme PMLE and had no hope of being able to go to the beach or pool. This has been such a huge life saver! I can now safely enjoy the sun.
I bought it last year and used it incorrectly for an entire year and thought it did not work. Then, this year I read the reviews and instructions carefully and started using both creams correctly and it totally works. You must follow the directions to a T. I am now able to go outside without crouching and hiding from the sun. I have not gotten a rash since I started using both creams according to the instructions. Highly recommend!!! I feel normal again.
Love this product and we cannot be in the sun without it. Please don’t change it. A recent vacation proved this works so well. We forgot to cover a spot on the back that had an opening and my daughter had hives in that spot within an hour. We quickly covered it with the product and prevent a worse situation.
I have had PMLE for approximately 27 years now and for the last two years I’ve used Shirudo and this is an absolute game changer! I was previously using Altruist but it’s so hard to get to the United States and it’s greasy. This is the first year I got the night repair from here and oh wow! I didn’t even need to take steroids and the breakout was 70% better by morning. I cannot praise this product enough.
My PMLE gets triggered every year and Shirudo is the only company that has products that work for me! I’m so thankful to have this antioxidant lotion that’s so simple to put on in one step. LOVE LOVE LOVE Magic in a bottle. I have gotten sun and heat rashes literally since I was a baby and this was the first product I’ve ever used to actually work! I applied it every day and night and barely got any rashes! Holy grail, buy it now!!! (Note that it does leave your skin and clothes a bit yellow ish but it comes off in the wash and it’s worth it for curing the discomfort)
I still got the rash, but not quite as bad. Next time I go to Mexico I will pair it with helliocare supplements and see how I do.
I spent 10 days in Costa Rica and usually 2-3 days of spending time in a hot humid environment, I get a PMLE rash that lasts for 2-4 weeks and it very itchy and painful. This trip I used the sun cream several times a day and the night cream every night and I never had an eruption. So pleased with the product and will keep using every trip. A literal game changer for my health!
Helps my son’s PMLE
Finally finding a sunscreen and a product that allows me to be outside and feel the sunshine on my arms and neck again is truly spectacular! If you suffer from polymorphic light eruption I highly recommend you try this. The AGR+E helps calm down an area I may have missed with the Sol+3 and also I believe helps keep my skin from reacting as bad as it did when I used to get sun exposure. Fabulous product! I developed a sun allergy from some meds I was taking several years ago. Any time I went out in the sun without protection, I would get an itchy rash that took months to resolve on its own. Since using Sol+3, I've not had a problem and can enjoy the sun once again. An added bonus, a very little goes a long way, allowing a single tube to last all season.

Life Saver for PLME! This is my second order from Shirudo since being diagnosed with PLME, and I can honestly say it’s been a game changer. My first order was the AGR+E, it worked perfectly for my skin but felt a bit heavy at times. This stuff really works. I applied the smallest amount (a little goes a long way) to problem areas before sun exposure on beach days. I simply reapplied each time I came out of the water and did not have PMLE rashes as I typically would.

Great sunblock! Long time sufferer of PLME, and now, im free.. this sunblock keeps the bumps and itch away, its a miracle! The night time cream is soothing. i use right after a shower. Very smooth, non greasy formula. I just love it!
